Life's Rollercoaster One of the things I have learned about Life is that a GREAT one is like riding on a Ro  llercoaster. A mediocre life is more like riding on a merrry-go-round. Not that there is anything wrong with a merry-go-round, but after a while you see the same thing over and over again and it doesn't provide you with the "rush" that a roller coaster does.
Life will always have its up's and down's. I believe that we can only really appreciate the "UP'S" when we have had some "DOWN'S". Contrast in our lives is so important. Have you ever noticed how great you feel after you have been ill? How High you can feel after you have made a breakthrough from a problem in your life?
