Bob Koehler spent 24 years in the corporate world in the areas of marketing, corporate relations and human resources prior to starting his own business, Bob Koehler & Associates Inc. in 1986.
Bob's Mission in life is to encourage individuals and organizations to be their "absolute best" at everything they do...and have a ton of fun doing it. In his work as a facilitator, speaker and human resource consultant he has worked with hundreds of organizations, and thousands of people all across North America.
Bob's messages are a combination of tough love and common sense and are delivered with a large helping of reality, humour and energy.
His philosophy on organizational success lies in his quote; "An organization is only as good as the collective mind-set of the people who show up for work each day."
